The assessments will include F280-12 load calculations, electrical panel assessments and duct flow tests – available at no cost to the homeowner !
Eligible homeowners will be receiving a pre-retrofit and post-retrofit home evaluation and an Air Source Heat Pump Sizing Report at a fully or partially subsidized cost.
With the permission of the homeowner, the report will be forwarded to you as the HVAC contractor.
It will support sizing and system design choices, as well as grant and loan information.
The idea is to save time and effort with the design and quote on a new system.
PARTLY SUBSIDIZED ENERGY ASSESSMENTS FOR BC HYDRO CUSTOMERS
A BC Hydro funded pilot project provides PARTLY subsidized energy assessments to BC Hydro customers in our region.
F280-12 load calculations, electrical panel assessments and duct flow data will be made available at no cost.
Homeowners must :
- Contact us to enquire and register for the service
- Interested in installing a ducted heat pump (central or dual fuel).
- Have a forced air ducted space heating system
- Supply one year of electrical utility data (available online).
FULLY SUBSIDIZED ENERGY ASSESSMENTS IN THE CITY OF KELOWNA
We have been selected and trained to participate in a nation-wide pilot project to deliver energy assessments to approx 50 homeowners in Kelowna- at no cost to them !
Homeowners must :
- Have a home in the City of Kelowna

- Have a forced air ducted space heating system
